We are proud to announce that Snowy River has been awarded the prestigious RV Master Manufacturer accreditation by Caravan Industry Victoria (CIV). This recognition exemplifies our unwavering commitment to producing world-class products for our Australian and New Zealand consumers. It is a huge milestone and a reflection of the hard work we’ve put in over the last 10 years.

The accreditation confirms that Snowy River’s team and production processes meet the stringent industry standards set by CIV, with a strong emphasis on quality, compliance, and workmanship. It is a testament to the dedication and expertise of the entire team.

What is RV Master Certification?

The RV Master Manufacturer Program represents a great leap forward for the recreational vehicle and caravan industry in Victoria. For the first time in the industry, RV Master has set a ‘whole of business’ standard for RV Manufacturers. Simply, manufacturers need to meet five key industry benchmark pillars with the aim to increase customer confidence in accredited manufacturers, but also set, and raise the standards across the industry.

What does RV Master Certification take to attain?

Manufacturers are evaluated across the five industry benchmark pillars of: Business Systems, Quality Management, Human Resources, Customer Service and Compliance. Each manufacturer, including Snowy River Caravans, is evaluated against these standards.

Only those who reach the benchmark gain accreditation. Snowy River Caravans is proud to achieve this level of recognition as it continues to strive to make quality caravans for our customers.
